 Multiple electricity connections, if distributed among different floors with a common VRV or VRF system, can lead to  a problem in electriciy bill sharing.

With Requirement of multiple indoors of different models in airconditioner space with Non VRF airconditioners having multiple outdoors will lead to space issues & aesthetics of the building.

If there is a issue to keep the outdoor and have long distance than VRF is a good solution.
 

When your Space is far from a serviceable area, urgent service can be an issue as it cannot be resolved by local technician.
